Marco & Janice · Our renovation vision
The home
we’re working
toward.
Warm wood. Soft light. Room to gather.
A thoughtful refresh of the home we love.
Our saved design concepts for 2027.
Proposed interiors, not completed renovations.
A home that feels like us
Natural, comfortable.
Timeless, without being formal.
Oak, warm whites, linen and a little earth-toned colour. Connected spaces for family and friends, and quieter corners for everyday life.
Main floor
Kitchen + dining
The heart of the home.
Natural oak, a muted gray-green island and a more open connection between cooking, dining and gathering.
The open-plan views express the overall look; individual layouts remain conceptual.

TV living room
Room to settle in.
Comfortable seating, warm neutrals and a relaxed place to spend time together.
The full-room view is a seating option; the other views explore the leather sofa and stair details.
Alternative seating arrangement.
Front sitting room
A quiet place, with room to move.
Soft upholstery, cognac leather and a compact exercise area that keeps the room feeling open.
Entry + stairs
A warm welcome.
Existing ceramic meets warm oak, with simple square stair details and light walls.
Laundry + mudroom
Everyday life, thoughtfully arranged.
A continuous folding counter, useful storage and a concealed drying-cabinet concept.
Powder room
Simple, warm and considered.
Oak cabinetry, a light counter and a warm, quiet palette.
An undermount sink is intended; the reverse rendering shows a different sink detail.

Upstairs
Master bedroom
A softer end to the day.
Layered neutrals, natural wood and a restful, uncluttered bedroom.
Master bathroom
A calm daily retreat.
A double vanity, makeup corner, closed storage and a freestanding soaker tub.
These are separate design studies. Heating and towel-warmer details remain options.
Heating and towel-warmer options; installation details are not final.
Arched-window bedroom
Let the window lead.
A low headboard, light furnishings and open floor space keep the arched window in focus.
Bedroom + office
Space to work. Space to rest.
A proper desk, a comfortable bed and clear flooring for the rolling chair.
Bedroom + dressing desk
Light, personal and inviting.
Cream furniture, oak details and a dedicated dressing desk.
Hall + landing
A connected home.
Warm walls and oak-look flooring connect the rooms, with family photographs along the hall.
Our 2027 home update
More warmth.
More room for living.
